Russia, Belarus to complete Soyuzkali joint venture by 2013
By the end of 2012, Russia and Belarus are to complete Soyuzkali, a potash producing joint venture, Belarus' First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko said Thursday (June 7), a news agency reported.
"Approximately, in the first quarter of the next year, Soyuzkali will actually start operating," Semashko said.
"We have made a firm decision; our president has approved the idea. There are instructions to begin registration of the enterprise," Semashko added.
Russia and Belarus are currently in talks over the final details. Soyuzkali's charter capital is intended to be divided on a parity basis, Semashko said.
